| Course Description | The ASTM F24 Committee is the nationally recognized authority for the promulgation of consensus amusement ride and device standards. F 2376 is the standard that establishes the minimum requirements for water slide systems. The trainee should retrieve a copy of the standard and review it. The trainee may already have a copy of this standard. If not, this standard is available for purchase at ASTM’s website (www.astm.org). If you are taking many ASTM training modules, you may join ASTM F24 for $75 at www.astm.org and select the “Virtual Volume 15.07” which is free with membership. This will give you access to all of the F24 Committee standards used in these training modules. When the trainee feels comfortable with the content of the standard, return to this website and take the short quiz. After successful completion of the quiz (minimum score of 70%), the trainee will receive a completion certificate that will serve as verification of completion of this module. |
