| Course Objective | After successfully completing this training module, the student will be able to demonstrate his knowledge of ASTM International, the ASTM F24 Committee, its subcommittees and the standards adopted by the State of California. |
| Course Description | The ASTM F24 Committee is the nationally recognized authority for the promulgation of consensus amusement ride and device standards. F24 is the committee responsible for developing standards for amusement rides and devices. The State of California has adopted certain of the ASTM standards. The trainee should download and/or review the items in the module as well as ASTM standards, F770-93, F846-92, F853-98, F698-94, F893-87, F1159-02 and F1193-97. When the trainee feels comfortable with the content of these documents and tutorials, he should return to this website and take the short quiz. After successful completion of the quiz (minimum score of 80%), the trainee will receive a completion certificate that will serve as the only verification of completion of this module. |
